The beach area in front of the Bonaire and Aruba Towers, as seen from the Pelican Pier. The Marriott can be seen in the distance by the left side of the photo. There is an open expanse between the Marriott and the Holiday Inn which has a fishing boat wharf and fisherman's bar. There are often higher winds and blowing sand in this area, as well as broken glass and metal objects in the sand so be careful when walking through here.
